Introducing the all-new Closet!

 Hi love-ies! Have you seen the awesome new closet Woozworld just released today? (It's just as we were told by our own exclusive reporter!) I absolutely LOVE the new closet! <3 This is what the closet looks like, if you haven't gotten a chance to see it yet:

So the main things you need to know to make the most of your new closet are listed below:

1. If you have more than one of an item (not depending on colour anymore), you can click the plus button to access them all!

2. Example: I have more than one Prom Goddess so when I click on the plus button, this comes up :)

3. If you have a colourable item (for example, I have this trendZ hair) the little colour tray thing will show up and you can preview the colours ON YOUR WOOZEN before setting them permanently :D

4. If you click on the little yellow button on the top near the tabs with the mannequin, this page pops up where you save outfits so that when you want to wear them, you don't have to look through your whole inventory to find the things again!

That's pretty much all you need to know about the new Closet right now but if there's more, we'll tell you about it.


Also, there is another minor update on the WoozIn. You can now see your hot friends easily on the bottom of the page:

What is Hanukkah + Free Hanukkah Gifts!

As you know, Woozworld is celebrating more than one holiday this December. Of course there's Christmas but this year, Woozworld decided we would also celebrate Hanukkah!

For those of you who don't know what Hanukkah is, here's little bit of info:

Hanukkah is a Jewish celebration, lasting 8 days and nights starting on 25 of the Jewish month: Kislev. The word 'hanukkah' means dedication in Hebrew. Jewish children receive gifts just as kids who celebrate Christmas do. Most often, they'll receive one gift for each of the eight nights of Hanukkah. Traditional activities and ways to celebrate include:

A hanukkiyah

• Lighting the hanukkiyah - A candleholder similar to a menorah
• Spinning the dreidel - A common game played by families that celebrate Hanukkah
• Eating fried foods - Yum!

In honour of this Jewish celebration, Woozworld is also offering a free prize! To get your free prize:

Happy December + Exclusive Scoops!

The date is December 1st and the holiday season is drawing nearer! School will soon be out for winter break and we'll be sipping on hot cocoa and candy canes (hopefully!) So, does Woozworld have anything in store for us this December? The answer is YES! All Things Woozworld reporters have gotten some pretty major scoops from Woozworld staff & woozens. 

So here are some things you should be looking forward to in Woozworld this December:

- Of course there will be the Christmas related tasks and objectivz. Unfortunately, we could get no information on what they'll be but we're told they are something to look forward to!

- Remember the cliques and the lockers that happened sometime in September? Well, we're told something similar to the lockers is coming our way in December! But obviously, it'll have nothing to do with lockers :P

- New outfits for the Christmas season! Yay!

- And finally, there will be some MAJOR (but not TOO major) updates. There WILL be a new inventory (confirmed by our exclusive insider!)

So there you have it! These are some things to look forward to this December!

Also, be prepared for our regular updates on the blog (new header, new signoff, new music etc) And this December on All Things Woozworld, we'll be posting a bunch of recipes, crafts etc for Christmas/Winter :D

Delicious Dessert: Choco-Cherry-Nut Cookie Pizza

Happy November 16! I apologize for not being able to post for a week or two but I got a bit busy with stuff and could hardly get on but here I am back again :D 

The recipe I'll be showing you guys today is an extremely easy dessert that can be made with kids/for kids. If you're under 12, this is a great recipe for you to do with your mom and/or dad (depending on who does the cooking in your house!) If you're over 12, perhaps you could manage to make the pizza by yourself (not recommended.) Let's begin!

Name: Choco-Cherry-Nut Cookie Pizza (sounds delish, I know!)

Vegetarian? Yes!

Vegan? No!

Contains: Eggs, vanilla extract, dairy and walnuts (optional)

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Bake Time: 30 minutes

Yield: 8 servings

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:

1 large egg

1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks or chocolate chips

1/2 cup dried sweet or sour cherries

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup + 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1 stick/8 tbsp. unsalted butter

1/2 cup light-brown sugar

1/2 sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter with both sugars until very light, about 5 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and mix on low speed until well blended. Add flour mixture and mix until just incorporated. Stir in chocolate, dried cherries and walnuts.

3.Spoon dough into a mound on parchment and spread evenly into a 7-inch-diameter circle. Bake for about 30 minutes, until top is golden brown and slightly soft. Let cool, then cut into wedges and serve.

If you'd like to make a double batch just in case of a rainy day, double this dough recipe and keep it in the freezer for a rainy day. Just thaw out and follow directions from Step 3.

If you'd like to make individual cookies, not a whole pizza, bake a few sheets of regular-sized cookies for the cookie jar. Line up tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, on large ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Which Halloween bundle should you buy?

New costume packs are now available in Woozworld Store in preparation for Halloween which is now only 9 days away! :D If you're planning on buying, here's some help on which to choose. There are all the packs currently available:

3 different outfits with 5 dolloween faces; $9.99

Single outfits with no faces; $4.99 (probably not the best deal)

Girl or guy packs of two different outfits with corresponding faces; (5x) Ichabod & Dolloween 

Sleepy Hollow with 10 ichabod faces

Honestly, if I was to buy one of these, I would personally prefer to purchase the Living Doll Pack because it includes three different outfits + 5 dolloween faces. The $4.99 (single outfits) are not that good of a deal because if you add in only $5 more, you can get 3 different outfits and 5 dolloween faces with the Living Doll pack.

But, the decision is still up to you so choose what you want. This post was just to get my opinion out there. Enjoy whichever outfit you end up buying (if you do buy.)

Ghoul-o-ween?

Are you wondering what Ghoul-o-ween is? Or maybe you already know? Nonetheless, GHOUL-O-WEEN is what I'll be talking about today whether you know it or don't.

What is Ghoul-o-ween?: It's an event taking place in Woozworld as of October 20, 2015 based on Halloween (the word is made of the words; Ghoul and Halloween combined, if you didn't realize.)

There are 4 teams you can choose from to join for this event but remember, you can only choose one (until Nov. 2nd)!

              
     

                               


HOW TO CHOOSE A TEAM:
To choose your team, search up the name of the team you want to join in Unitz Search.
Example: Mummy Ghoul HQ


HOW TO INFECT:
After you've chosen a team (by clicking on the orange chest in the right HQ), you'll receive a symbz. 
When you want to infect any woozens that aren't already infected,
1. Put on your Symbz
2. Click the symbol at the bottom left and click activate. After you click activate, all non-infected woozens will turn and after 7 minutes, you can repeat.

HOW TO AVOID BEING INFECTED:
There are two ways to avoid being infected (you can still be infected but not as easily)
1. Buy/go to a safehouse
To buy, go to Shopz and find any unitz with the word 'safehouse' in its name. If you don't have enough wooz to buy, search up 'safehouse' in unit search and as long as you're in the safehouse, you cannot be infected.
*As soon as you leave the safehouse, you can be infected by other woozens.

2. Buy a protection hairstyle (also available in Shopz.)
*As soon as you take the hairstyle off, you can be infected by other woozens.

HOW TO NEVER BE INFECTED:

If you just don't want to be infected and look normal (you might miss out on all the fun though), just buy the anti-ghoul potion from Woozworld Store for $1.99

WHAT DOES THE WINNER GET?

The winning team who transforms the most woozens, will receive a special prize but there is no clue as to what it is yet. Most likely an achievement or some kind of object (trophy, shirt etc.)
